We are seeking a dynamic and
- oriented Retail Experience Director, part of the L'Oréal Luxe Leadership Team and Iberian CMOO structure to lead our local team through a period of growth and transformation. This unique opportunity offers unparalleled experience of working with prestigious luxury beauty brands and being part of the leadership team of the L’Oréal Luxe in Portugal and part of LL CMO Team.

Your Mission Will Include

• Accelerate Sell-Out Growth: Develop and implement innovative
  - out strategies that drive the Sell Out of our amazing Beauty Advisors, both in ECI and Perfumeries. You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress, identify opportunities, and optimize performance and allocation;
• Guarantee Retail Excellence: Oversee and optimize all aspects of retail operations, including and exceptional level of
  - store service, merchandising excellence and a strong partnership with the retailer’s retail teams.
• Empower Through Education: Guarantee our role as top education partner of our retailers, coordinating local training operation to reach our coverage goals and local relevancy.
• Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the leaderships team across all functional areas, within Portugal and CMOO teams in the cluster.
