Job Description: Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this Retail Marketing Promotions Manager will have the following main responsibilities:

Implement promotion instore communication accordingly with guidelines;

Propose best mechanics to drive a better customer experience;

Support both external and internal promotion communication;

Create promotional plans based on volume uplift and other company defined promotions KPIs;

Implement the promotion and pricing perception strategy across all categories;

Define recommendations for promotion mechanics such as product discounts, bundle offers, sets packs, etc. ;

Analyze and propose opportunities to optimize
- out results;

Work closely with buying team to recommend best promotional mechanics and products;

Engage instore staff with the promotional plan implementation and ensure correct execution;

Understand the different strategies by category/brand and adapt the execution in terms of revenue management;

Control business indicators by category and strategic references.

Educated to minimum a University Degree level in within Business and Economics;

Previous experience in similar positions;

Fluent in English spoken and written;

Team work hability;

Windows Office literacy;

Customer focus;

Orientation to actions and results achievement;

Capacity to challenge the status quo, innovate in the way to lead and do things differently;

Experience in Power BI, SAP, NAV or similar;

Instore communication application according with guidelines;

Strong logical thinking and analytical skills;

Project management;

Excellent communication skills.
