responsabilidades chave

• The primary goal of a retention line is to prevent customer churn (i. e. , customers leaving the company).
• Agents working in this line are trained to identify the reasons why customers want to cancel and to offer solutions to keep them.
• Addressing Customer Concerns: They handle customer complaints, service issues, and billing problems.
• Offering Incentives: They may offer discounts, special promotions, or upgraded services to persuade customers to stay.
• Building Customer Loyalty: They aim to create positive customer experiences and strengthen customer relationships.

• excellent communication skills in German and English;

What we have for you?

• Training 8am to 4pm = 1 month
• base salary: 900€/month gross (x14)
• performance bonus: up to 360€ (x12)
• language allowance: 150€ for English Language + 350€ for German Language (x13)
• meal allowance: 9, 60€/day worked (x11 months)
• flex work allowance: 60€/month (x11)
• health insurance as of the 3rd mont
