Responsibilities
- Work closely with Sales Leadership across assigned region and/or line of business to form best practices for the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to advance opportunities and remove obstacles impacting customer satisfaction and sales.
- Facilitate quarterly account reviews with ROO and sales leaders; establish, develop artifacts, and track/report progress.
- Work with field sales to ensure accounts are appropriately classified in terms of risk and identify actionable remediation plans.
- Develop a tracking mechanism and reporting dashboard for the Account Governance program.
- Review and manage the ARCR (At Risk Customer Review) process.
- Manage the retention forecast to maintain an accurate view of the
- risk client portfolio and take actions to minimize terminations. - Leverage customer engagement and satisfaction data; partner with internal teams to prioritize improvements and efficiencies.
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Support on escalations (high value, high impact, complex) as a contributor to war room efforts.
- Drive specific initiatives as required by the Sales Leadership Team.
- All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build
- level relationships in a large organization. - Strong presentation and writing skills with the ability to present effectively in English at a minimum.
- Proactive
- starter, able to work unsupervised within agreed timeframes. - Experience driving teams of multiple stakeholders to achieve measurable outcomes.
- Experience attaining internal
- in and securing commitments from stakeholders.
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in professional services management in a software organization, sales operations management, Client Success, or similar area.
- Experience working in a global software company.
- Background in change management, project management or program management is advantageous.
Education & Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or equivalent experience.
