Revenue at Risk Officer
Job Description
- Work closely with Sales Leadership across assigned region and/or line of business forming best practice for the organization.
- Partner with senior leaders to advance opportunities and remove obstacles which impact customer satisfaction and sales.
- At a minimum of once a quarter, the ROO, along with specified sales leaders will facilitate account reviews. The ROO will establish this process, develop artifacts, and track/report on progress.
- The ROO will work directly with field sales to ensure that their accounts are appropriately classified in terms of risk and that an actionable remediation plan is identified.
- Develop a tracking mechanism and reporting dashboard on the Account Governance program.
- Review and manage the ARCR (At Risk Customer Review) process
- Manage the Retention forecast, making sure we have an accurate view of our client portfolio at risk while taking actions to minimize client terminations.
- Leverage customer engagement & satisfaction data, partner with internal teams to prioritize and implement improvements and efficiencies.
- Partner with Customer Success and Support on specified customer escalations (high value, high impact, and complex escalations) as a contributor to war room efforts and activities.
- Drive specific initiatives as required by the Sales Leadership Team.
- All other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build
- level relationships in a large organisation. - Strong presentation and writing skills with proven ability to present compellingly in English at a minimum.
- Proactive
- starter, able to work unsupervised within agreed timeframes. - Record of successfully driving teams of multiple stakeholders to the achievement of measurable outcomes.
- Experience attaining internal
- in and securing commitments from stakeholders.
EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 5 year’s relevant experience in professional services management in a software organization, sales operations management, Client Success or similar area.
- Experience of working in a global software company.
- A background in change management, project management or program management would be adventitious for this role.
EDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
