What you'll be doing

We are looking for a Junior Revenue Manager to join Host Wise's
- growing Revenue Management team. This is a
- impact role for someone analytical, autonomous, proactive and highly
- driven, who wants to grow quickly in a dynamic environment.

You will support the definition, execution and continuous improvement of Host Wise's pricing strategy for more than 530
- and
- term rental assets. You will work closely with our Revenue team and report directly to the Revenue Manager and CRO. You will analyze data, implement pricing adjustments, monitor results, and help us push forward innovative and automated practices to maximize revenue and margins.

  • Execute daily, weekly and monthly pricing updates and support the implementation of the 365-day pricing strategy;



  • Prepare and maintain revenue dashboards and reports, monitoring KPIs such as ADR, Rev
    PAR, Occupancy and Pick-up;



  • Analyze pricing tests, market data and competitor trends using tools like Price
    Labs, Airdna and Guesty;



  • Identifyanomalies, improvement opportunities and
    - driven recommendations to optimize revenue;



  • Support the creation and automation of spreadsheets, dashboards and workflows to increase efficiency.

Skills for the role

  • 1–3 years of experience in revenue management, FP&A, data analysis, pricing or similar analytical roles;



  • Strong command of Excel/Google Sheets (lookup functions, dashboards;



    macros is a plus);

  • Analytical and
    - solving mindset, able to interpret data and propose actions;



  • Ability to work autonomously with high responsibility and ownership;



  • Strong organization and ability to work in a dynamic,
    - paced environment;



Preferred (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Price
    Labs, Airdna, Guesty or other RMS/PMS tools.
  • Experience creating automated reports or dashboards (Looker Studio, Power
    BI, etc. ).
  • Previous experience in hospitality, tourism or
    - term rentals.

    Candidates will present the results of the Case Study, with an analysis of how they executed and achieved the expected outcomes.
  • Final Offer
