To deliver exceptional guest experiences through strategic revenue management that maximizes performance, occupancy, and profitability—while upholding the highest standards of luxury hospitality. Main Responsibilities and Duties :
- Develop and execute pricing strategies to optimize room revenue and
- Monitor competitor pricing and market demand to adjust rates
- Manage and analyze data from PMS, RMS, and OTA
- Forecast revenue and prepare detailed performance
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to align promotional
- Oversee inventory management and distribution across all
- Support inventory management and forecasting for both FIT and group business to minimize displacement and maximize total hotel
- Lead revenue meetings and present actionable insights to senior management

- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of market
