About the Role

We are seeking a Revenue Operations Lead who blends strong analytical capability, solid Salesforce fluency, and a deep understanding of GTM performance measurement. Reporting to the Director of Revenue Operations, GTM Reporting & Forecasting, this role requires someone who can interpret Saa
S metrics and revenue drivers with confidence while understanding how underlying sales processes and data flows shape those outcomes. Beyond producing reporting, you will help design and improve the data foundations, CRM processes, and operational frameworks that enable accurate, consistent, and
- driven
- making across the business. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working with data, optimising processes, and supporting senior leadership with clear, meaningful performance insights.

You will work closely with Sales & Marketing Performance Business Partners, GTM Leaders, Finance, Strategic Revenue Technology & Enablement, and Data Engineering to strengthen reporting foundations, improve data quality, and advance consistent performance reporting practices across business units.

Key Responsibilities

Forecasting, Bookings & GTM Performance Reporting

  • Support accurate forecasting, bookings tracking, and GTM performance reporting across business units.
  • Surface insights, risks, and opportunities that inform operational and
    - level decisions.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure alignment between execution, budget expectations, reporting requirements, and bookings outlook.

Data Quality, Reporting Governance & Process Optimisation

  • Maintain accurate pipeline, bookings, and
    - up reporting while continually improving the Salesforce and Power BI reporting processes that drive data quality.
  • Contribute to reporting governance by developing and maintaining standardised metric definitions, documentation, and reporting standards across the GTM organisation.
  • Influence the design of scalable,
    - term reporting solutions across Salesforce and downstream BI environments.

Salesforce Alignment & Reporting Methodology Design

  • Work with all Rev
Ops pillars, GTM teams, Strategic Revenue Technology & Enablement, and Data Engineering to align CRM processes and opportunity workflows, ensuring they support accurate and consistent downstream reporting in Power BI.
  • Support the definition, documentation, and adoption of consistent GTM metrics and frameworks that underpin accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility.
  • Assist in shaping a scalable forecasting methodology to be rolled out across all business units.

Executive Reporting & Insight Development

  • Work with the Director of Revenue Operations to produce clear,
    - ready materials, including Monthly Business Reviews, leadership reporting packs, and performance narratives.
  • Translate complex GTM and financial data into clear, actionable insights, shaping the narrative behind the numbers and engaging confidently with stakeholders to explain performance drivers and support discussions on forecast outlook and GTM execution.

Required Qualifications & Experience

Technical & Operational Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement) in Economics, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce, particularly opportunity management, reporting structures, and the underlying Salesforce data architecture.
  • High level of proficiency in Excel, with the ability to work confidently with complex datasets and build structured analyses.
  • Experience with Power BI or similar BI/visualisation tools is a plus.

GTM & Performance Acumen

  • Strong understanding of Saa
S/recurring revenue models and the GTM metrics that drive performance (CARR/ARR, bookings, churn), combined with an appreciation of how pipeline coverage, GTM and sales processes, and execution dynamics influence revenue outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with Sales, Rev
Ops, or Finance teams to interpret performance trends and support
    - making.

Collaboration & Communication

  • Strong ability to work
    - functionally with Sales, Finance, Data Engineering, Strategic Revenue Technology & Enablement, and Rev
    Ops stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to produce
    - ready insights and presentation materials.
  • Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and contributing to conversations on performance trends and forecast movements.

Why This Role Matters

As the organisation continues to scale and integrate multiple acquired businesses, the need for consistent, trusted, and actionable GTM data is critical. This role is key to establishing those foundations. You will help build a more rigorous,
- driven Revenue Operations function — improving forecast predictability, strengthening GTM performance visibility, and enabling more informed
- making across the business.
