Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Sales tools suite (Salesforce, Outreach, Chili Piper, Linked
  In Sales Navigator, etc. ).
• Lead the Rev
  Ops team of 3 teammates, coordinating projects and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Implement and adopt tools, processes, and reports to increase sales performance and efficiency.
• Create and maintain reporting and analytics that inform sales leadership and individual performance.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy of all reports.
• Collaborate with Data Ops for data centralization and mapping.
• Onboard, train, and enable sales teams across geographies.
• Assist GTM leaders to monitor revenue performance and identify improvements.
• Conduct process mapping, analysis and redesign to drive operational improvements.
• Serve as liaison between Sales, Marketing, Growth, and Services teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in high‑performance sales organization, including significant sales operations role.
• Salesforce admin certification and strong knowledge of SF environment and best practices.
• Strong expertise in data manipulation, interpretation, and quality.
• Understanding of the buyer’s journey and sales journey.
• Familiar with sales strategies, processes and best practices.
• Persistent, optimistic, and coachable.
• Knowledge of sales tools such as Chili Piper, Outreach, Avoma, Apollo, Linked
  In Sales Navigator.
