Advantage is looking for an experienced, passionate and
- loving Salesforce Administrator to take on a critical role as part of the Revenue Operations team. The role is part of a global team based across Europe and the US.
Responsibilities
- Be responsible for administering Comply
Advantage’s Salesforce environment covering Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. - Own CRM procedures, policies, and systems including documentation and optimisation.
- Assist with the integration of Salesforce with other 3rd party systems and applications.
- Build and maintain Salesforce reports & dashboards.
- Provide user support, troubleshooting, and training to ensure effective utilisation of Salesforce capabilities.
- Keep up to date with new Rev
Ops capabilities and expectations surrounding Salesforce features, functionalities and best practices that may be beneficial to our organisation.
About you
- Salesforce Administrator 201 Certification (required)
- Additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM 211) or Platform App Builder (highly desirable)
- At least 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally within a
- paced business and within a hands‑on team - Diligent with strong analytical, problem solving, coordination, and troubleshooting skills
- Strong team spirit and able to work effectively in collaboration with others
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
