We are looking for an operations analyst to complete the 3 team members, managed by an assistant manager. The position is based in Lisbon and you will be working with our team in other offices all around the world.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth processing of Investment solutions in our proprietary platform ARGO
- Responsible for creating marketing documents
- related through ARGO - Ensure implementation of procedures and set workflows to make sure that operational risks are minimized and well managed
- Facilitate effective communication within the team and across the organization
- Working on

- Must be fluent in English (any other language would be a plus)
- Previous related work experience in structured products would be a plus
- Good MS skills and ideally knowledge of Bloomberg
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good team working skills and highly motivated

Senior Database Analyst
We are looking for a Senior Database Analyst to join our team and play a key role in designing, maintaining, and optimizing our database systems and business processes. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest levels of data integrity, performance, and availability, while collaborating closely with development, operations, and security teams to support business‑critical applications.
This position requires strong analytical and technical skills, a minimum English level of B2, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
The role follows a hybrid work model, with 2 days per week onsite in Lisbon or Porto.
Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement database systems within the Information Systems ecosystem.
- Monitor and support critical business processes.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers for data manipulation and reporting.
- Collaborate closely with development teams to improve business process outcomes.
- Manage complex database environments in Microsoft SQL Server and Postgre
SQL. - Administer and maintain databases to ensure operational excellence and reliability.
- Implement and monitor backup systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with defined recovery strategies.

Senior Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst:
- Ensure proper functional analysis and process design for invoice issuing and reception in electronic format, aligned with the organization’s Source to Pay Core Model.
- Monitor and control invoice reception flows, and support suppliers in their transition to dematerialized electronic invoicing.
- Identify and monitor interdependencies between different application implementation activities, ensuring appropriate planning follow‑ups with IT development teams.
- Define test scenarios, perform testing, and support UAT with business key users.
- Provide functional support to business teams on the correct use of the tool, including the creation of technical/functional documentation and the delivery of training sessions for end‑users.
- Conduct application assessments and requirements gathering by engaging with internal clients to understand operational needs and propose the most suitable functional solutions for invoice reception and integration, while complying with legal, business, and core model requirements.
- Hold a degree in Finance, Information Systems, Business Intelligence, Computer Science, Economics, Business Management or a related field.
- Possess knowledge of dematerialization tools and applications related to Electronic Invoicing Reform.
- Experience with tools such as Kofax Total Agility and Read
Soft Process Director for Accounts Payable. - Familiarity with SAP modules, particularly those related to invoice processing and accounts payable.

Senior Credit Risk Analyst
As a Senior Credit Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for analysing and monitoring credit risk parameters and their impact on Risk‑Weighted Assets (RWA) calculation. You will contribute to the computation and analysis of Credit Risk RWA, supporting the Group Basel solvency ratio and regulatory disclosures. This role involves collaboration across teams to ensure data quality, process optimization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Main Tasks of the Role:
- Investigate, analyse and control the calculation of Risk‑Weighted Assets, monitoring and explaining variations.
- Participate in testing new implementations, gathering and documenting data related to calculation or system evolution.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role (4/5 years experience for Mid‑Senior Profiles):
- The candidate must have at least one higher education degree (Must).
- Development experience with different technologies.
- Experience in SQL and PL‑SQL and ability to write and understand queries (Must).
- Experience in Core Banking (Plus).
- Experience in database modelling (Plus).
