Responsibilities :

• Own and Optimize GTM Systems : Become our Hub
  Spot hero and expert in outbound tools like Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, or similar platforms.
• Dashboard & Reporting Guru : Build, maintain, and refine dashboards that clearly tell the story of our revenue teams—Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Forecasting & Pipeline Management : Keep our forecasts sharp and pipelines transparent, enabling clear visibility across sales and CS functions.
• Marketing Partner : Team up closely with Marketing to refine lead routing, attribution strategies, and enhance our funnel performance.
• Commission & Territory Management : Collaborate with Finance to accurately track commissions, set quotas, and plan territories to ensure aligned revenue goals.
• Process Improvement Enthusiast : Continuously identify and eliminate friction points in our operations, driving higher efficiency and conversion rates.
• Tools and Training Champion : Lead the adoption of new tools, playbooks, and trainings to boost our revenue teams' effectiveness.
• Strategic Analyst : Conduct insightful ad hoc analyses to support impactful strategic decisions.

Who You Are :

• Experience : 2+ years in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineering, Sales Operations, or similar roles and Bto

• Tools Pro : Comfortable navigating Hub
  Spot and outbound tools like Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, or equivalents.
• Analytical Mind : You have a keen analytical mindset with advanced skills in interpreting data; familiarity with reporting tools is a plus!
• Great Communicator : Strong communication and project management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Fast-paced Fan : You thrive in
