Responsibilities

Job Description

• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of
  - sales service activities.
• Ensure Vantiva meets warranty obligations efficiently.
• Investigate and resolve customer issues related to
  - sales activities.
• Collaborate with the Quality team to analyze feedback and participate in product improvements.

The
- sales engineer:

• Acts as the main contact for internal and external stakeholders for
  - sales service.
• Identifies customer requests, participates in RFIs, RFQs, tenders, and contract reviews.
• Negotiates service prices, manages the
  - sales service center, follows up on backlog, processing times, repair quality, spare parts availability, and validates reports and invoices.
• Participates in meetings with clients to present
  - sales results.

Qualifications

Profile

• Master's degree in engineering or supplier management.
• 3-5 years of experience supporting customers and suppliers.
• Experience in an international environment and with multidisciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in English; French is a plus.
• Mandatory experience with SAP.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for technical and
  - technical stakeholders.
