CTS Group SA is looking for an experienced, innovative, and resourceful professional to join our team in our office in Lisbon. This position is a
- time position.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate Level: Minimum 2 years of experience in BIM and Revit modeling.
• Proven experience with Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), and related BIM software.
• Strong English proficiency is mandatory.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and adherence to
  - quality standards.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

Key Responsabilities:

• Develop detailed 3D models mostly focused on Electrical systems using Autodesk Revit. - Architecture, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems are all included, as strong proficiency in Revit is highly valued.
• Prepare, maintain, and create accurate engineering drawings, schedules, and BIM documentation.
• Ensure model accuracy through regular audits, quality checks, and adherence to BIM standards.
• Colabore closely with engineers, architects, consultants, and project managers to integrate design changes and resolve clashes.
• Maintain organized,
  - controlled model files and project documentation.
• Participate actively in project meetings to provide input and recommend modeling solutions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, building codes, and company protocols throughout the modeling process.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Ensures BIM standards and protocols are consistently applied to maintain modeling quality.
• Collaborates with leadership to align Revit implementation strategies with organizational objectives.
• Utilizes Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) to facilitate collaborative modeling processes.
• Implements efficient workflows to optimize task management across multiple projects.
• Ensures the development, management, and maintenance of Revit models, and accuracy for
  - scale projects.
• Performs regular model audits to uphold quality and completeness standards.
• Ensures compliance with applicable industry standards, regulations, and building codes
• Create comprehensive BIM documentation.
• Adheres strictly to established company processes and procedures in all BIM-related activities.
