The Role & Candidate
Glanua Ltd is expanding its Technical Design Office in Lisbon – (Portugal) and is recruiting a Revit Technician to work on nationwide water and wastewater infrastructure projects. This office‑based role offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a dynamic and growing organisation.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the production of multi‑discipline coordinated models, drawings and schedules.
- Align design development with the project BIM execution plan, including regular coordination and model checks.
- Act as the liaison between Mechanical & Electrical Designers and Civil & Structural Designers.
- Produce and maintain MIDP throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in drawing/design reviews and facilitate feasibility studies.
- Take instructions from Engineers and produce drawings with limited supervision.
- Use initiative and knowledge to support the CAD team and grow expertise in CAD and BIM tools.
- Work as part of a team delivering one or more projects at any one time, embracing the "one team" culture.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
- Bachelor‑level qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering or a strong trades background coupled with a BIM qualification.
- Minimum of 3+ years’ experience in a BIM Coordination function.
- Mechanical or Electrical background with a proven track record in a similar role.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines.
