Job Description:

We are looking for a Reward Operations Data Analyst (Big Data) to join our Reward Operations team at Airbus Portugal.

Responsibilities - your mission:

You will join the Development Team Core HR within the Reward Operations department and collaborate with an innovative team of 11 people located in Blagnac (France). The team delivers Personal Administration Digital Human Resources Solutions for all Airbus divisions (Helicopter, Defence and Space, Civil Aircraft) in France.

Main missions:

• Maintain existing reports and develop new components inside Skywise, which is our key backbone for Data analytics, Reporting, and Data Quality projects within Reward Operations.
• Maintain and evolve the Qliksense Dashboard indicators.
• Perform evolutions for Escriba, the document management tool for SAP environment, especially for our contracts.

Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent English (French desirable).
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems Technology or Data Analytics; Master’s preferred.
• Knowledge of Python, including libraries like Pandas and Numpy.
• Mandatory knowledge of Skywise Palantir.
• Qliksense & Escriba knowledge is a plus.
• SAP HR knowledge is a plus.
