Rewards & Benefits HR Trainee - German Speaker (f/m/div)

Join our team in Porto for this 12-month internship and become part of a great place to work.

As an HR Trainee - Rewards & Benefits, you will support our HR counterparts across Europe with processes related to employee compensation, managing requests, and collaborating on process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Manage HR requests within the scope of Rewards & Benefits for Europe
• Support process improvements
• Be involved in harmonization and automation processes
• Communicate with HR partners in Europe

Your Profile / Qualifications

• A degree in Human Resources, Languages, Business Administration, or a similar field
• Good command of MS Office Tools (e. g. Outlook, Excel)
• Affinity towards HR Tools - knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Good command of English and intermediate level of German (mandatory)
