The Role

We are looking for a #Tech
Talent to work as a Risk & Control Analyst – Liquidity Resolution for a national project.

Your Day To Day

• Gain a thorough understanding of First Line of Defense (1Lo
  D) production and control processes;
• Maintain
  -
  - date knowledge of control plans and related procedures for liquidity resolution;
• Track and follow up on recommendations from internal and external control functions to address identified gaps;
• Apply a
  - based approach and carry out Second Line of Defense (2Lo
  D) testing activities in collaboration with the stream lead;
• Produce summary reports and documentation to communicate control results to relevant stakeholders and governance bodies;
• Support the quarterly certification process for business lines;
• Coordinate with 2Lo
  D teams across regions to gather insights on control effectiveness and data quality, and provide constructive feedback when necessary;
• Work closely with 1Lo
  D operational control teams and central oversight functions on reporting tools and methodologies;
• Assist the stream lead with various tasks, including participation in control campaigns and reviewing certification documents.

What We're Looking For

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in control, finance, or audit, ideally within the banking and/or financial services sector;
• Strong expertise in accounting principles and practices;
• Solid understanding of financial accounting/reporting and operational risk;
• Flexibility to manage workload peaks, including occasional weekend work and extended hours during closing periods, in accordance with Bank policy;
• Fluency in English (written & spoken).
