The mission of the RISK function is to provide Senior Management of the Group and of the Operating Divisions with full transparency and dynamic analysis of the risks and clients managed by the various operating divisions: Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB), Retail Banking, Investment & Protection Services (IPS).

The scope of the RISK function within CIB in London includes:

• Market and Liquidity risks: covering CIB capital markets activities, ALM Treasury, and IPS Business Units.
• Counterparty risks: covering all counterparty risks from derivative and repo transactions.
• Credit risks: credit analysis and approval for Financial Institutions, Sovereigns, Wealth Management clients, and other IPS private clients.
• Insurance risks: risks generated by Insurance activities.

The RISK function contributes to defining the Group’s risk appetite, risk
- making, and capital allocation to support the development of Operating Divisions.

The RISK Systems team, part of RISK Global Services, provides the bank with a comprehensive capital markets risk system used to calculate market and counterparty risk capital figures with advanced methods, supporting risk analysis, reporting, and credit processes.

About The Job

The Technician Application Support role involves providing technical and functional support to users of the bank's applications. Responsibilities include handling user requests, incident, problem, and change management, coordinating support levels, and communicating issue resolutions.

Your Main Activities Are

• Providing timely and efficient support to system users.
• Maintaining a knowledge base of support issues and resolutions.
• Developing knowledge of systems and business areas for
  - level support.
• Processing requests for specific actions (processing, extraction, work).
• Creating control points and drafting reports to ensure smooth operations.
• Preparing environments for releases and conducting
  - production tests.

Profile And Skills To Success

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (3-5 years experience).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong IT knowledge and resilience.

  - focused mindset.
