What will you be doing?

• Monitor and report on IT and cybersecurity risks;
  
  
• Define and implement IT Asset Management and obsolescence policies;
  
  
• Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards;
  
  
• Identify, assess, and prioritize technological risks (e. G. , vulnerabilities, system failures, data breaches);
  
  
• Collaborate with IT teams to design and apply risk mitigation strategies;
  
  
• Maintain and improve the IT risk management framework, policies, and procedures;
  
  
• Provide
  - related training, tools, and guidance across departments;
  
  
• Communicate regularly with senior management and stakeholders;
  
  
• Support Lo
  D1 controls, developer security training, and Checkmarx implementation;
  
  
• Track regional (AMER) updates on risk management topics;
  
  
• Promote a strong
  - aware culture throughout the organization.

What are we looking for?

• 3 to 6 years of experience in IT risk management or related roles;
  
  
• Experience in the banking or financial services sector;
  
  
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and risk assessment methods;
  
  
• Familiar with regulatory standards and frameworks (e. G. , ISO27001, ISO27005, COBIT, ITIL);
  
  
• Proficient in Power BI and Excel;
  
  
• Fluent in English (minimum B2 level);
  
  
• Work regime:
  
  Hybrid (2 days per week onsite in Porto).
