Roles and Responsibilities:

As a Risk Management Specialist, you will work on some of today's most pressing challenges in corporate governance and resilience: from
climate risk
and
digital regulation
(AI Act, DORA, NIS2) to
risk appetite frameworks
and
quantification methodologies
. You will have exposure to
senior management, international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000)
, and multidisciplinary teams, both domestic and internationally, helping Brisa build a
- looking and robust risk culture.

• Support the
  Group-wide risk management process
  , covering strategic, operational, financial and regulatory risks;
• Analyze and challenge risk registers and data from all business units, providing insight and actionable recommendations;
• Contribute to the
  risk cycle
  : identification, assessment, quantification, monitoring, and reporting;
• Act as an
  independent advisor to management
  , ensuring alignment with international frameworks (ISO 31000, COSO) and regulatory expectations;
• Contribute to risk management in areas such as:
• ISO 9001 & ISO 27001
  certification and audits
• Climate risk
  and sustainability reporting (CSRD, EU Taxonomy)
• Digital regulation
  : AI Act, DORA, NIS2
• Risk Appetite & Risk Quantification frameworks
• Drive improvements in internal controls, governance processes, and risk reporting;
• Contribute to
  training and awareness initiatives
  to strengthen Brisa's risk culture.

Experience, Skills and Qualifications

• Post-Bologna Master's degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, or related analytical fields;
• 5 to 7 years of proven experience
  in risk management, internal audit, or risk advisory/consulting;
• Knowledge of
  international standards (ISO 9001, ISO 27001, ISO 31000, COSO)
  and exposure to regulatory requirements (CSRD, AI Act, DORA, NIS2, Climate Risk frameworks);
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights;
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills;
• Advanced English (written and spoken);
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Power
  Point) and familiarity with
  data analytics tools
  .
