Your Tasks

We are looking for a passionate team player to join our Tire Reinforcements Research & Development (Rn
D) team at our internal textile converter, Continental Indústria Textil Do Ave (C-ITA). Your responsibilities will include:

• Optimizing the reinforcement portfolio (steel and textile) focusing on quality, cost, and safe supply, in collaboration with central purchasing, supplier development, and supplier quality management departments.
• Developing and managing advanced material specifications and quality guidelines to ensure stable and
  - performing tires.
• Collaborating with internal and external suppliers on technical development and building advanced
  - how for
  - related processes.

Your Profile

• Academic degree in natural sciences, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Basic knowledge of reinforcement materials and testing is beneficial.
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills with a proactive mindset.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to advance topics.
• Customer-oriented with a
  - solving mindset.
• Intercultural competence and effective communication skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Portuguese skills; German skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally and ability to work remotely.
