We are a proud producer of RMC – a premium compact marble manufactured in Portugal since 1980. We are based in Oliveira do Bairro and export our products to more than 30 countries worldwide.

We are currently looking for a
Rn
D Specialist (M/F)
to join our team of marble enthusiasts.

Main tasks:

-Development of new products according to customer or internal requests;

-Research new tendency of materials and certifications (Competitors, Sustainability, Environmental and products certifications);

-Study and search for new raw materials;

-Research and evaluation of new tools to improve the production process and/or the final product;

-Collaboration in technical support to the customer;

-Implementation and management of product certification projects;

-Create and update the technical data sheets of the product;

-Monitoring of the industrial scale production process of a new product.

Professional and personal skills:

• Knowledge in Chemistry or similar;

• Experience in R&D, in a factory (pref. );

-Excellent communication in English (mandatory);

• Knowledge in Excel;

• Strong sense of responsibility and organization;
