Your Role

As an operations administrator, you support organizing transport operations at the site level, ensuring efficient use of resources and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Gather and confirm shipping information for transports
• Support transportation operations
• Monitor shipments
• Prepare and oversee client invoicing
• Perform other related tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office tools
• Fluency in English, spoken and written
• Experience or interest in transport and logistics (preferred)
• Team spirit
