Path Lead / Architect to take ownership of the design, delivery, and leadership of

? Role Mission

Lead the architecture, delivery, and governance of Ui
Path-based RPA solutions, ensuring scalable, secure, and
- quality automation aligned with business and technology best practices.

? Key Responsibilities

• Act as Ui
  Path Lead / Architect for
  -
  - end RPA initiatives;
  
  
• Design and deliver scalable RPA solutions using Ui
  Path best practices;
  
  
• Define automation architecture, standards, and development guidelines;
  
  
• Provide
  - on expertise with Ui
  Path Studio, Orchestrator, and automation frameworks;
  
  
• Lead, guide, and mentor RPA developers and delivery teams;
  
  
• Review solutiondesigns, code quality, and deployment readiness;
  
  
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into automation solutions;
  
  
• Support continuous improvement of automation processes and
  - code adoption;
  
  
• Ensure solutions are robust, maintainable, and aligned with security and operational standards.

? Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience as Ui
  Path Lead or Ui
  Path Architect;
  
  
• Strong background in designing and delivering
  -
  - end RPA solutions;
  
  
• Hands-on expertise with:
• Ui
  Path Studio
• Ui
  Path Orchestrator
• Ui
  Path automation best practices and frameworks
• Experience mentoring and leading development teams;
  
  
• Solid understanding of low-code / automation platforms (strong plus);
  
  
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with
  - functional teams;
  
  
• Autonomous, proactive, and
  - focused mindset.
