We are looking for an experienced Appian Developer to join a growing RPA and Intelligent Automation team based in Lisbon. The ideal candidate has a solid background in Appian development and
- on experience delivering process automation solutions within enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement Appian-based applications and workflows.
• Develop automation solutions aligned with RPA and business process optimization goals.
• Collaborate with
  - functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into automated processes.
• Maintain and evolve existing Appian applications, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Support solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation.
• Work closely with QA and Dev
  Ops teams in hybrid agile environments.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide technical expertise throughout the automation lifecycle.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of
  - on experience with Appian development.
• Experience working in RPA environments.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation and
  - code application design.
• Ability to work in hybrid mode in Lisbon (mandatory).
• Familiarity with automation best practices and
  - level application standards.
• Problem-solving mindset, autonomy, and capacity to work in collaborative teams.
