POSITION OVERVIEW We are looking for a  Territory Robotic Manager with a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and a proactive, resilient attitude. This professional will lead the implementation, optimization, and expansion of our robotic solutions across hospitals and healthcare institutions.

You will serve as the  main point of contact between MAC Medicina and key stakeholders in the healthcare sector, ensuring successful project delivery, technology adoption, and high customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage relationships with  hospital boards, executive directors , and other key healthcare stakeholders.

Oversee the  implementation and supervision of robotic projects in hospital environments, ensuring seamless integration with clinical workflows.

Identify  new business opportunities and contribute to the company’s expansion within the assigned territory.

Provide  technical support to hospital teams regarding our robotic solutions and product portfolio.

Collaborate with internal departments to develop  tailored strategies based on client needs.

Monitor performance metrics and report outcomes to senior management.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE Academic background in  Biomedical Engineering, Nursing , or related fields (Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, etc. ).

Proficiency in  English and working knowledge of  Spanish .

Experienced with  digital platforms and IT tools .

Proven experience in  hospital environments or the healthcare sector , with a strong understanding of clinical workflows and
- making structures.

Demonstrated ability to engage with  hospital boards and executive leadership .

Valuable technical experience in  Urology, Ultrasound , and  healthcare robotics .

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build
- based relationships.

Willingness to  travel frequently both within and outside the country.

Location Required: Northern Portugal
