We are currently looking for Romanian and English Speaker Customer Advisors!

Your new role

With the tools acquired during our initial training, you will be in charge of handling customer requests by answering incoming calls.
Answer customer requests in an effective and timely way, ensuring
- quality service is provided.
Provide product and tool support to improve customer experience.
Perform administrative tasks:

documentation management and database updating.

What you need to succeed

Fluent or bilingual in Romanian and English.
Computer literacy (ability to browse different software programs in parallel).
Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (comfortable communicating with customers using several channels).
Ability to
- task while working independently and being a team player.
