Some of the position's requirements and responsabilities:

• Fluency in Romanian (C1 level minimum) and English (B2 level minimum)
• No previous experience is required
• As a Content Moderator, the agent will be responsible for reviewing and moderating videos from a major social media platform. This role involves exposure to sensitive and potentially disturbing content, requiring resilience and strong emotional balance.

The moderator will analyze and evaluate content, apply the platform's community guidelines, and accurately tag each video with the appropriate decision.
