Job Description:

Your mission as a Customer Support Agent is to support their activities by offering the best quality service to their customers, while working with prestigious worldwide brands.

Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:

• Answer inbound calls and customer inquiries.
• Provide support and guidance to customers, resolving customer service issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
• Maintain accurate data input of consumer inquiries, questions, and feedback in the customer service database.
• Troubleshoot using open questions, support documents, and system training.
• Offer recommendations for common problems or frequently asked questions.

Requirements

• Fluency in Romanian (Native);
• Good knowledge of English (B2 level);
• Typing speed: 25 words per minute;
• Availability to work in rotating shifts;
• Previous experience or contact with clients;
• Good listening and empathy skills;
• Team spirit and flexibility;
• Private health insurance after 6 months of contract signature (in addition to standard insurance).
