Romanian Speaker – Front Office Agent

Your Role:
Make outbound calls to customers regarding data consent
Document interactions and ensure accurate follow-up
Provide clear, professional communication to support customer understanding
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth processes

What You Bring:
Fluency in Romanian (C1) and solid English (B2+)
Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Organized, proactive, and team-oriented personality
Previous experience in customer service or call handling is a plus
