• Ensure compliance with quality benchmarks and maintain platform safety across all user touchpoints.
• Adapt to evolving content policies, workflows, and shifting priorities while maintaining a strong commitment to standard operating procedures.
• Escalate sensitive or complex cases according to internal escalation protocols.
• Stay informed about industry best practices, platform standards, and product updates.
• Contribute to creating a safe, trustworthy, and
  - quality shopping environment for users worldwide.

Compensation and Benefits

Gross Monthly salary: 1000€ per 14 months.

Schedule

• Full‑time position (40 hours per week).
• Monday to Sunday – 09:00 to 18:00.
• Days off – 2 rotative days.
• Planned evening shift (13:00 to 22:00) to be introduced.
• Future possibility: extension to a 24/7 schedule.
• Onsite working model in Porto.
