Role Purpose:
Entry-level technical role within the HPE team, focused on supporting the design of security solutions and developing expertise in technologies from Aruba. This person will work closely with the sales team and partners on less complex projects, while building technical knowledge and certifications in networking.
Key Responsibilities:
-Support the sales team in designing and configuring networking solutions (e. G. , creating a Bill of Materials) that meet customer requirements
-Collaborate with the Business Solution Centre (BSC) to support
- related sales activities and increase partner engagement
-Occasionally deliver
- sales implementation support and trainings for HPE Aruba
-Use internal and vendor tools to generate accurate Bills of Materials in a timely manner
-Communicate HPE Aruba product and solution information clearly to internal and external audiences
-Respond to technical inquiries from colleagues, vendors, and partners regarding HPE Aruba offerings
-Build and maintain technical contact with HPE
-Work toward certifications and develop technical expertise in Aruba Solutions
-Respond to support issues and follow up on internal technical requests
-Take ownership of assigned Request Manager queues
Preferred Knowledge and Skills:
-Familiarity with networking solutions such as HPE Aruba, Cisco and others
-Strong verbal and written communication skills – Portuguese and English are mandatory, Spanish is a plus.
-Detail-oriented, with good organizational and priority management skills
-General knowledge of the IT industry (channel, vendors, competition, and end customers) is a plus but not required
-Previous exposure to networking technologies or certifications is a plus, but not mandatory
