Main Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA robots that integrate with multiple
  - party applications.
• Continuously improve software development practices and standards.
• Ensure reliability, maintainability, and high quality of deliverables.
• Test, monitor, and evaluate automated solutions.
• Collect and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional documentation.
  
  

• Proficiency in English (spoken, read, and written).
• Hands-on experience in RPA development with at least one of the leading platforms (Blue Prism highly preferred; Automation Anywhere, Ui
  Path).
• Exposure to AI-related projects (such as NLG, NLP, OCR, or Machine Learning).
• Previous experience in software development.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
  
  

• Knowledge of French.
• Prior experience as an analyst in RPA projects.
  
  

• RPA development (preferably Blue Prism; also Automation Anywhere, Ui
  Path).
• General software development skills.
• AI technologies (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning).
• Testing and monitoring of automation solutions.
• Application of Agile methodologies.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and best practices in development.
• Solution evaluation and quality assurance.
• Business needs analysis and translation into functional specifications.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading).
