We are looking for a RPA Analyst/Developer

Main Tasks:

• Design, develop, test, and implement RPA solutions interacting with multiple
  - party applications
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into RPA solutions
• Continuously improve and optimize RPA workflows
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain existing automations to ensure performance and reliability
• Ensure
  - quality deliverables through testing and adherence to development best practices
• Collaborate with stakeholders to evaluate and improve RPA initiatives

Main Skills & Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in RPA development using platforms such as Blue Prism (preferred), Automation Anywhere, or Ui
  Path
• Background in software development and familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Experience in RPA business analysis is a strong plus
• Exposure to AI projects like NLP, OCR, or Machine Learning is advantageous
• Strong analytical and
  - solving skills
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a
  - paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• English proficiency (B2 or higher) is required
• French is a plus
