You will play a key role in transforming manual processes into automated workflows, contributing to a more agile and efficient organization, by combining technical expertise, process analysis, and strategic thinking. The RPA Analyst plays an important role in driving efficiency, innovation, and digital transformation within organizations.

Success in this role requires:

• Analytical Thinking – Ability to understand complex processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose automation solutions.
• Problem‑Solving Skills – Capacity to diagnose issues, design effective solutions, and adapt quickly to changing requirements.
• Technical Aptitude – Comfort with automation tools and programming logic to build and maintain RPA bots.
• Collaboration – Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and assess business processes suitable for automation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions.
• Monitor and maintain RPA bots in production, ensuring performance and reliability.
• Analyze bot performance and propose improvements.
• Document automation workflows and maintain technical documentation.
• Support change management and user training related to automation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and security standards in automation projects.

Required Qualifications

• Experience in process analysis and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with RPA tools.
• Basic programming knowledge.
• Knowledge of Power Automate Desktop, Python, SQL.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good communication skills and ability to interact with non‑technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel and process documentation tools.

Additional Skills

• 2–4 years of experience in RPA development or business process automation.
• Experience in insurance or financial services sector.
• Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts.
• Fluency in English.
