RPA Application Support

Responsibilities

• Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots’ environment
• Escalate and
  - up RPA Production infrastructure issues
• Maintain an updated set of relevant procedures that support the activity
• Develop relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established procedures

Technical Skills

• Application support experience (3+ years)
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)
• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus

Language Skills

• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
• French is a plus

Soft Skills

• Client focus
• High level of organization, analysis and
  - solving capability
• Ability to clear communicate and report status to the management
• Pro‑active behavior regarding the ability to work in a fast changing and demanding environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication (spoken and written) skills
