Job Description

ITTF Iberian is an IT framework encompassing Projects & Systems of company's functions, with a strong focus on efficiency, proximity, agility and
-
- market. It is a worldwide organizational model that will contribute to tackling major challenges of the Group’s transformation of today and tomorrow, building the best offering to the Function communities through a progressive rotation to new technologies and best practices.

Main Tasks

• Support the setup and maintenance of RPA robots’ environment
• Escalate and
  - up RPA Production infrastructure issues
• Maintain an updated set of relevant procedures that support the activity
• Develop relationships with infrastructure teams and RPA implementation team based on effective communication and promotion of established procedures

Qualifications

Technical Skills

• Application support experience (3+ years)
• Diverse technical knowledge (Automation will be a plus)
• Knowledge of banking industry will be a plus

Language Skills

• Good level in English is required (speaking, reading and writing)
• French is a plus
