Skills required:

• Minimum 2 years of development experience with RPA platforms: Blue Prism (mandatory);
• Experience with programming languages like. NET, Java, Python, etc. ;
• Involvement in AI-related technologies (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning);
• Fluent English, Intermediate Spanish (mandatory).

Success factors:

• Use Blue Prism best practices for efficient, maintainable automation solutions;
• Conduct thorough testing, debugging, and performance optimization of RPA bots;
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots, addressing issues promptly;
• Develop comprehensive documentation for RPA solutions.
