We are looking for an RPA Developer (Blueprism) to join one of our biggest clients, a leading multinational company in the insurance and financial services sector, with a strong focus on innovation, digital transformation, and delivering value to millions of customers worldwide.

Location: Porto (hybrid)

What you will do:

• Design, develop, and implement automation solutions using Blue Prism.

• Collaborate with business analysts to translate requirements into scalable RPA solutions.

• Maintain, monitor, and optimize existing RPA processes for performance and stability.

• Ensure best practices, compliance, and security standards are met in all automations.

• Provide support, troubleshooting, and documentation for delivered solutions.

What you are like:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in RPA development, with a strong focus on Blue Prism.

• Solid understanding of process automation design, implementation, and deployment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in
- functional teams.

• Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and scripting languages (e. g. , C#, Python, VB) is a plus.

• Blue Prism Developer certification is a strong advantage.

• Good communication skills and fluency in English.
