Location: Lisbon, Portugal

Working Model: Hybrid - once a week/every 15 days in Client (Lisboa)

Candidates for the vacancy must already be in Portugal

Language Requirements: Fluency in English (mandatory) / Portuguese and Spanish (nice to have)

Seniority: Up to 2 years

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with strong expertise in Ui
Path to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with
- functional teams to deliver
- quality automation software, ensure effective monitoring, and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the development lifecycle.

Responsibilities & Deliverables

• Design, develop, and maintain RPA solutions using Ui
  Path.
• Perform unit testing to ensure reliability and performance.
• Implement monitoring and alerting mechanisms for automation workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and process specifications.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in collaborative,
  - oriented environments.
• Strong analytical thinking and
  - solving capabilities.
• Commitment to
  - quality deliverables and attention to detail.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Hands-on experience as an RPA Developer using Ui
  Path.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Additional language skills: Portuguese and/or Spanish.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Automate.
