We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our client’s dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to streamline our business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of development experience with RPA platforms: Blue Prism (mandatory);
• Experience in development with programming languages such as. NET, Java, Python, etc. ;
• Experience with AI-related technologies (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning);
• Microsoft certification in RPA Developer and Platform Developer (mandatory).

What you need to succeed:

• Implement and configure automated processes using Blue Prism best practices that are efficient, maintainable, and aligned with business needs;
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of RPA bots, ensuring accuracy, resilience, and compliance with SLAs;
• Monitor and maintain deployed bots, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions;
• Develop documentation, including technical specifications and user guides for RPA solutions.
