What do we do?
VWFS Porto is a VWFS AG IT hub, and the first outside Germany. Here we will establish a
- term Business & IT company. Our primary goal is to service all European markets in implementing and maintaining contract management systems and another IT projects in other areas. Our focus is on:

- on RPA Developer.
Objectives:
As part of the VWFS Porto team, you will drive intelligent automation initiatives. In this role, you will act as an automation advocate—collaborating with stakeholders to identify opportunities, design scalable solutions, and deliver impactful results. You’ll be responsible for the full lifecycle of automation projects, from requirements gathering to deployment and support.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping our automation strategy by selecting the right technologies, and continuously improving our service catalog. If you're passionate about RPA, AI integration, and modern automation tools, and enjoy working in a collaborative and global environment, this role is for you.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Acting as an Automation Advocate, supporting RPA stakeholders and promoting automation initiatives.
- Collaborating with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and understand process requirements.
- Designing scalable and efficient automation solutions using best practices for coding, testing, and deployment.

- date with the latest trends in automation and proactively recommending enhancements to strengthen the team's capabilities. - Deploying automation solutions that adhere to system and security standards.
- Creating and maintaining detailed documentation for technical aspects and business processes.
- Collaborating with IT and operations teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment of automation tools.
- Monitoring the performance of automation solutions and recommending improvements where necessary.
- Assisting in issue resolution to ensure the stability and reliability of automated systems.
- Engaging with business stakeholders to ensure alignment between automation initiatives and business goals.
- Unblocking pending topics and driving resolution through effective communication and coordination.
- Promoting agility and continuous improvement in automation delivery.
- Maximizing the value of the automation product by identifying opportunities and leading its evolution.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or similar fields.
- Experience with Uipath, MS Power Platforms, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure (clients, servers, networks, Saa
S). - AI tools/projects experience, including embedding AI models into workflows.
- Understanding of OCR technologies and document processing.
- Familiarity with CI/CD and orchestration tools.
- Foundation in software design principles and version control.
- Knowledge of system integration via REST APIs.
- Proactive and responsible;
able to work independently. - Team player with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong business engagement skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
- Leadership mindset with a focus on delivering value and fostering collaboration.
Nice to have/Considered a plus:
- Proficiency with multiple automation platforms.
- Understanding of IT service management practices, including incident tracking and change management.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Service
