We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation solutions to streamline business processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Skills we're looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of development experience with RPA platforms: Ui
  Path (mandatory)
• Experience with programming languages like. NET, Java, Python, etc.
• Involvement in AI-related technologies (NLG, NLP, OCR, Machine Learning)
• Fluent English, Intermediate Spanish (mandatory)

What you need to succeed:

• Use Ui
  Path best practices to implement and configure automated processes that are efficient, maintainable, and meet business requirements
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of RPA bots to ensure accuracy, resilience, and compliance with SLAs
• Monitor and maintain the health of deployed bots, addressing issues promptly to minimize disruptions
• Develop documentation for RPA solutions, including technical specifications and user guides
