About the Role
We are looking for a Production Support Engineer to join an RPA (Robotic Process Automation) operations team. This professional will monitor, support, and optimize RPA processes, ensuring high performance, stability, and efficiency in

- day automation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor RPA process execution and performance, ensuring reliability and uptime.
- Manage and optimize process scheduling and orchestration.
- Provide Level 1 support for incidents and requests raised by business stakeholders.
- Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, performing root cause analysis and escalation when necessary.
- Maintain accurate documentation for processes, incidents, and technical changes.
- Collaborate with RPA development teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and provide clear status reporting.
- Promote best practices in automation governance and monitoring.
Mandatory Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Production Support or Application Support roles.
- Proven experience in monitoring and maintaining production systems.
- Basic knowledge or hands‑on experience with RPA tools (e. g. , Ui
Path, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). - Understanding of incident and request management processes (ITIL framework).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Service
Now or JIRA. - Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical capabilities.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with automation platforms or RPA solutions.
- Previous experience in banking or enterprise environments.
- Knowledge of monitoring tools and scheduling systems.
- Proficiency in French is an advantage.
- Familiarity with scripting or process optimization techniques.
