RPA Support Engineer Porto

We’re looking for an RPA Support Engineer to join our IT operations team in Porto, working on the monitoring and optimization of automation processes in a dynamic and global environment.

This is a hybrid position, requiring 2 days per week onsite in Porto. Candidates must be based in Portugal.

Main Responsibilities

• Monitor RPA process execution and performance to ensure reliability and efficiency
• Optimize scheduling of automation workflows and tasks
• Provide Level 1 support for issues and requests raised by process owners
• Collaborate with clients and implementation teams, ensuring smooth communication and adherence to support procedures

Technical Skills

• Minimum 3 years of experience in production/application support
• Broad technical background, with experience in automation considered a strong plus
• Knowledge of the banking or financial sector is a plus

Language Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher (mandatory)
