? We are looking for Middle RPA Technical Support Analyst to join a dynamic IT team based in Porto, within the area of Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The role focuses on supporting Ui
Path software robots in a production environment, providing troubleshooting, process optimization, and
- user support.

Main Tasks:

• Support and monitor RPA processes (mainly in Ui
  Path)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a production environment
• Maintain documentation and performance reports
• Collaborate with development teams to enhance automation workflows
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance standards
• Provide training and share best practices with stakeholders

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in IT application support
• 3+ years working with Ui
  Path (mandatory);
  
  other RPA tools are a plus
• Experience in troubleshooting and process improvement
• Programming knowledge (C# or VB. Net preferred)
• Strong analytical, communication, and
  - solving skills
• Fluent in English (B2+);
  
  French is a plus

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Agile, Atlassian stack, version control, Kibana, or Elastic Search.
