Rpa - Technical Support
We are looking for a RPA Technical Support to join our dynamic team.
What you’ll do:
- Act as the primary point of contact for RPA production support, assisting users with incident resolution and troubleshooting issues in deployed automation workflows.
- Monitor the health and performance of RPA bots (primarily Ui
Path) and proactively resolve process failures or performance bottlenecks. - Perform regular maintenance and apply updates to ensure stable bot operations and platform reliability.
- Document support tickets, resolutions, and recurring issues, and share insights to build team knowledge.
- Collaborate with RPA developers and business stakeholders to identify, recommend, and implement process enhancements.
- Conduct user training and share technical knowledge within the support team and broader organization.
- Ensure RPA solutions adhere to internal quality standards, IT policies, and compliance requirements.
- Stay current with the latest trends and updates in RPA tools and technologies, and apply new learning to enhance operational support.
What you will need to bring:
- At least 2 years of experience in IT application support or a similar technical role.
- Hands-on experience with RPA tools, ideally Ui
Path, and familiarity with others like Blue Prism or Automation Anywhere. - Proficiency in analyzing and troubleshooting automation workflows and bot performance.
- Solid knowledge of programming or scripting with C# or VB. NET.
- Strong analytical and
- solving skills, with a proactive approach to issue resolution. - Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to both technical and
- technical audiences. - A collaborative mindset and experience working
- functionally with technical teams and business users. - A
- focused approach, with a commitment to delivering reliable and responsive support. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
