We are seeking a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer with expertise in UI Path to join a pivotal project within the banking sector. This role is focused on driving business process automation and contributing to digital transformation efforts.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RPA solutions. This position involves active collaboration with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and optimization of automation processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement automation solutions using UI Path, ensuring high performance and reliability.
• Identify and propose improvement opportunities, acting as an advisor to clients.
• Translate business requirements into feasible and sustainable technical solutions.
• Ensure thorough technical documentation and foster continuous improvement of implemented solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in RPA development with UI Path.
• Knowledge of Blue Prism is considered an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform functional and technical analysis of business processes.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in both Portuguese and English (mandatory).
• Residency in the Lisbon area with availability for occasional
  - site presence.
