Position purpose

You will support 121/Visibility Iberia Leads in translating brand strategies into 121/Visibility programs at Portugal market level, working closely with brands, field support, and field force to ensure successful implementation, budget control, and optimization.

Responsibilities

1. Ensure correct daily implementation of 121 and visibility projects to meet business objectives and optimize investments.
2. Support agency management, including KPI proposals, cost assessments, and rotation analysis, to optimize efficiency and benchmark against competitors.
3. Define and manage permanent merchandising materials, ensuring quality and innovation aligned with brand strategies and budgets.
4. Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing to monitor and control costs, quality, and service levels.
5. Monitor project results against KPIs, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions.
6. Control budgets, process purchase orders, and analyze costs for efficiency.
7. Conduct field visits, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and ensure compliance with legal and company guidelines.

Requirements

• University degree; Master’s is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG or similar managerial roles.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Power
  Point and Excel.
• Strong commercial, marketing, and trade marketing skills.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills; proactive, creative, analytical, and flexible.
